Wiza Kabaghe is a PhD Fellow at the University of Bucharest in Romania and Development Perspectives in Ireland under the PRESILIENT project with a particular focus on Informality and Housing in Zambia. He holds a Master of Science Degree in Urban Management and Development from Erasmus University Rotterdam Netherlands. His research interest includes urban policy and planning, housing development, urban economic and financial analysis, sustainable green cities & climate change, and urban public management. Additionally, Wiza has vast professional experience working for the University of Zambia and the Ministry of Housing and Infrastructure Development in Zambia.
