This mechanism covers complaints related to Development Perspectives’ activities, including programme delivery, staff behaviour, and policies.
How to Submit a Complaint
Send your complaint to chairperson@developmentperspectives.ie with:
- Your name and contact details.
- A description of the issue (what happened, when, and where).
- Supporting evidence (e.g., emails, photos).
What Happens Next?
- Acknowledgment: We’ll confirm receipt within 5 business days.
- Investigation: The Chairperson or a designated representative will review and investigate the complaint.
- Resolution: You’ll receive an outcome within 20 business days.
Escalation
If dissatisfied, you can escalate by emailing the Chairperson within 10 business days of receiving the outcome.
Confidentiality
All complaints are handled confidentially, and personal data is protected under applicable laws.
